Earlier this year, on June 10, detectives and deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office arrested Yasinskiy on four counts of 3rd degree rape, five counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse, four counts of 3rd degree sodomy. degree. Yasinskiy posted bond after this June 10 arrest and was taken into custody during the August 6 traffic stop at Canby PD.

Concerned about the girl’s safety, the Canby police officer contacted detectives from the Adult Sex Crimes Unit of the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, who responded to the scene to assist with the investigation. .
